We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for smaller events and 1-2 months for larger celebrations or weddings.
Do you travel to different cities?
Yes! We serve a 50-mile radius from our studio. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond this area.
Can I customize a package?
Absolutely! Our customization tool lets you build your perfect package, or we can work together on a completely custom design.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before, 50% refund for 3-7 days, no refund within 3 days of the event.
